Rules/Regulations 

1. Helmet must be worn at all times with chin strap buckled during the race, warmup and cool down.
2. Time trial/triathlon bars/clip-on aero bars are prohibited in the race.
3. Riders under 15 years of age require a letter of consent from their parent or guardian.
4. Riders must obey all traffic laws and instructions from race marshals and officials.
5. Age groups will be combined with a younger category for the start if less than 30 riders
6. All riders will not apply any claims against the organizer for any and all injuries suffered by the rider or damage to bike, clothing or accessories as a result of taking part in this event.
7. No unsportsmanlike conduct directed towards other riders, race marshals and officials, volunteers, or spectators.
8. Race bib number must be clearly visible on the back of the jersey.  Timing chip with race number must be mounted on the seat post.
9. No littering of equipment or garbage on the course.
10. Following a rider with a support or service vehicle is prohibited.
11. Following a rider with a photographer is prohibited.
12. The cut off time for the race and tour is 11:00.
