HUAHIN50 2027 - ข้อตกลงการเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันและหนังสือยินยอม
ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบว่าการเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันวิ่งเทรลเป็นกิจกรรมที่มีความเสี่ยง ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดการบาดเจ็บหรือเสียชีวิต ข้าพเจ้าตกลงว่า
จะไม่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม หากมีข้อจำกัดทางการแพทย์ หรือไม่ได้รับการฝึกฝนและเตรียมความพร้อมอย่างเหมาะสม ข้าพเจ้าตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามคำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการผู้จัดการแข่งขันเกี่ยวกับความสามารถและความเหมาะสมของข้าพเจ้าในการเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน
ข้าพเจ้าขอรับรองว่าข้าพเจ้ามีสุขภาพแข็งแรงและได้รับการฝึกฝนอย่างเพียงพอสำหรับระยะทางที่สมัครเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน และยอมรับความเสี่ยงทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรม ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง การล้ม การปะทะหรือสัมผัสกับยานพาหนะ หรือผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน
รายอื่น ผลกระทบจากสภาพอากาศ เช่น อุณหภูมิสูง ความร้อน และ/หรือความชื้นสูง การจราจร สภาพถนนและเส้นทางเทรล รวมถึง
สัตว์ป่าและสัตว์มีพิษ โดยข้าพเจ้ารับทราบและเข้าใจถึงความเสี่ยงทั้งหมดดังกล่าว
จากการที่ข้าพเจ้าได้อ่านและทำความเข้าใจข้อความในเอกสารฉบับนี้ และเพื่อเป็นการตอบแทนที่ผู้จัดงานยอมรับการสมัครเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน เดอะ ลีเจนดารี เทรล ซีรี่ย์ 2027 – หัวหิน 50 วันที่ 16–17 มกราคม 2570 ข้าพเจ้า รวมถึงผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์ดำเนินการแทนข้าพเจ้าตกลงสละสิทธิ์และไม่เรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ จาก บริษัท สปอร์ต รีพับบลิค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด คณะกรรมการ ผู้บริหาร พนักงาน อาสาสมัคร ผู้รับจ้าง ผู้สนับสนุน พันธมิตร ตัวแทน ผู้สืบสิทธิ์ รวมถึงหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือเจ้าของพื้นที่ที่ใช้จัดการแข่งขัน ไม่ว่าความเสียหายดังกล่าวจะเกิดขึ้นจากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ หรือเกิดจากความประมาทหรือความไม่ระมัดระวังของบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานดังกล่าวก็ตาม
ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบและตกลงว่า ในกรณีที่การแข่งขันถูกยกเลิก เลื่อน เปลี่ยนกำหนดการ หรือมีการปรับเปลี่ยนบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุสุดวิสัย สภาพอากาศรุนแรง ภัยธรรมชาติ หรือสถานการณ์ใด ๆ ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของผู้จัดงาน ค่าสมัครของข้าพเจ้าจะไม่สามารถขอคืนได้
ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้สิทธิ์แก่ผู้จัดงานและผู้ที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้จัดงาน ในการใช้ภาพถ่าย ภาพเคลื่อนไหว วิดีโอ หรือบันทึกใดๆ จากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของข้าพเจ้า เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย โดยไม่มีการเรียกร้องค่าตอบแทนใดๆ
HUAHIN50 2027 : Participant Agreement & Waive
I acknowledge that trail running is a potentially hazardous activity that may result in injury or death. I should not participate in this event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of the race officials regarding my ability to safely participate in and complete the event.
I hereby certify that I am in good health and have adequately trained for the distance of the race I have entered. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with vehicles or other participants, the effects of weather including extreme heat and/or humidity, traffic, road and trail conditions, and encounters with wild or poisonous animals, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.
Having read this waiver and understanding these facts, and in consideration of my entry being accepted into THE LEGENDARY TRAIL SERIES 2027 – HUA HIN 50, held on 16–17 January 2027, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby waive and release Sports Republic (Thailand) Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, representatives, successors and assigns, as well as any governmental authorities or landowners where the event or any part of the event takes place, from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event, even if such liability may arise from the negligence or carelessness of the persons or entities named in this waiver.
I further agree that, in the event that the race is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or modified in whole or in part due to force majeure, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizer, my entry fee shall not be refundable.
I grant permission to the organizer and its authorized parties to use any photographs, video recordings, or any other records of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without compensation.
